Yoga practises allow spaces and places where you can find yourself again, where you can connect to your inner most depths, a place where you get to unwind a little, unravel the tension, take a few moments to breathe life back into yourself. Yoga means union. Or Yolking. This is no coincidence you have arrived, your ready to begin to walk this beautful path with me, no one ever became enlightened and said, please take me back to a less awake and less aware version of self. This is the best invstment yo came make for health, happiness and over all haormony in your life.

Crystal has been a yoga lover since she was 16 years old, she has taught yoga for 8 years, running weekly classes for her local community. She is now offering online instruction, with guided meditations and sound healing with the crystal bowls for the 7 chakras.
Also running national and soon international yoga retreats and yoga festivals, providing an authentic ashram experience. Crystal is also a massage therapist, reki and sound healer, mother, and environemental activist, with a degree in marine science, just to mix it up

Yoga inspired by the Iyengar Tradition, with a sharp focus on alignment and using props to enahnce practise. This is an excellent way to inspire your own at home routines.
Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Weekly classes
Weekly classes are run with a differnt theme each week, following the Iyengar tradition, standing poses first week of the month, forward bends second, backbends third, and pranayma 4th. Some months we have an extra week, we call odds and sodds week. Its aways fun, and enjoyable, with options for different levels. Suitable for beginners to advanced.

Private sessions
Private sessions are avaliable, with sound healing, massage and yoga for individuals, those wanting yoga therapy for a specific ailment etc.
Tailored to your specific requests.
We can do a one off or regular.
Including, upon request, yoga asana for specifics, remedial massage, reki, sound healing, guided meditations, aromathrerapy, crystal healing.

Yoga Retreats
3-7 day yoga retreats on offer, often with collaberation with other yoga teachers and Auyrvedic practioners, for the full ashram expereince, where ever we go! Local and international, something for everyone, even if you're a beginner. Highly recommended and much loved by all attendees.

Yoga Festivals
Atman Yoga festival second year running! Over 20 different yoga teachers from all over the world sharing their unique gifts and celebrating all things yoga! With sound healings, kirtan, and meditation practises shared. Not to be missed for the yoga lovers!
